Since its inception in 1965, the UCLA women’s volleyball team has been led by recently retired head coach Andy Banachowski, whose position was taken over in 2010 by now head coach Mike Sealy
The UCLA Women’s volleyball has gone on to achieve the distinction of having more wins than any other NCAA Division I women’s volleyball team with a record of 1,082 wins to 292 losses. UCLA Women’s volleyball is also the winner of six national championships, and they have also made 27 of 28 NCAA tournaments as well as 11 NCAA Final Four appearances.

Be sure to catch every serve, block and kill of the 2010 UCLA women's volleyball home schedule. The Bruins play eight home matches at storied Pauley Pavilion, as well as a pair of contests at Wooden Center. The schedule starts on Wednesday, Sept. 8 against local rival Pepperdine at Pauley Pavilion.
The Bruins usher in a new era with first-year head coach Mike Sealy and bring back four starters from a 2009 squad which produced the program's 11th-straight, 20-win season. Senior Dicey McGraw leads the outside attack, with junior Katie Camp anchoring the blocking at the net and junior Lainey Gera supplying great defense at the libero position.
